It is suggested to add 1.0-4.0% Morningmei antistatic masterbatch in the core and inner layers of the film. According to the requirements of the film, it is recommended to use a higher amount of antistatic masterbatch in low temperature and humidity environment (temperature below 10 degrees, humidity below 40%) in winter, when the antistatic performance is strictly required and the thinner products are produced. The dosage of antistatic masterbatch varies with film thickness, season and antistatic effect.
1. In the environment of low temperature and humidity, the amount of antistatic masterbatch should be increased appropriately.
2. The thinner the film thickness, the larger the amount of film added.
3. The higher the requirement of antistatic effect is, the larger the amount of antistatic is.
Migration rate: Antistatic masterbatch is gradually migrated from the film to the surface to play a role, and the migration rate is related to the environmental temperature of the film manufacturing and post-processing.
