Static Dissipative and Conductive Compounds are specifically engineered to provide antistatic, ESD and RFI/EMI shielding performance for critical electronic equipment applications. These compounds combine the performance of select engineering resins with reinforcing additives, such as carbon powder, carbon fiber, nickel-coated carbon fiber and stainless steel fiber, for low-to-high levels of conductivity depending upon application requirements.
Applicable scope
1. conductive products
Can be added directly in the production. According to the proportion of PS conductive masterbatch: HIPS=1:1.5blend to production. After that the substrate resistance on the surface reduced to less than 105Ω (specific amount depending on the conductive requirement).
2. Anti-static products
Can be added directly in the production. According to the proportion of PS conductive masterbatch: HIPS=1:2.5~3blend to production. After that the substrate resistance on the surface reduced to less than 1010 Ω (specific amount depending on the conductive requirement).
Note: this masterbatch is easy to damp, dry it before use, which can effectively improve the product appearance and performance.
