Product Description
Anti Static Masterbatch is based on stearate and amine bases chemicals. It is mainly used in films and moldings made of PE and PP. It gives the lubricating effect during molding or extrusion contributing to a smooth, shiny surface on the product produced. It is also used as an antistatic agent to reduce the electrical resistance on the surface of films and molded products. It also gives uniform cell size distribution in expanded polyethylene (EPE) foams. In addition to this, we test all the final chemicals on various parameters to ensure quality. We also pack our chemicals using premium packaging material to ensure safety.
Applicable scope
1. This product is with High content of antistatic agent, can join less proportion It could effectively reduce customers’ costs.
2. Good dispersion performance, film transparency, optical properties, mechanical strength and heat sealing performance will not be affected,the plastic film can be in contact with food directly.
3. High efficiency, join 1.5~2% antistatic masterbatch into BOPP film core layer. In 3-5 days, the resistivity of plastic film surface dropped to below 1011 ohm, CPP and IPP film can be dropped to below 109~1010ohms.
4. During the production of thinner film, in cool winter, or in low temperature environment, suggest appropriately increase the masterbatch amount.
