Product Details
Antistatic Masterbatch has been designed specially to meet the needs of polystyrene cups and thermoforming sheets that helps in elimination of dust deposits and other related aesthetic and contamination problems that are encountered during their storage and use in dry climatic, environmental conditions.This masterbatch is used in PE-PP-PS polymers to prevent static elasticity, improves printing ability, and does not absorb dust on the film surface.
Applicable scope
1. conductive products
Can be added directly in the production. According to the proportion of PS conductive masterbatch: HIPS=1:1.5blend to production. After that the substrate resistance on the surface reduced to less than 105Ω (specific amount depending on the conductive requirement).
2. Anti-static products
Can be added directly in the production. According to the proportion of PS conductive masterbatch: HIPS=1:2.5~3blend to production. After that the substrate resistance on the surface reduced to less than 1010 Ω (specific amount depending on the conductive requirement).
Note: this masterbatch is easy to damp, dry it before use, which can effectively improve the product appearance and performance.
