Product Details
ANTISTATIC MASTERBATCH is produced to reduce potential of electrical chager for PE, PP packing gilm, sheet, injection moulding goods. GPPS, HIPS, SAN, ABS ... in automotive or electrical goods. POM, ABS/ PC in automotive interior, exterior parts , electrical and industrial goods. PC sheet, injection moulding. TPU electrical goods

Applicable scope
1. This product is with High content of antistatic agent, can join less proportion It could effectively reduce customers’ costs.
2. Good dispersion performance, film transparency, optical properties, mechanical strength and heat sealing performance will not be affected,the plastic film can be in contact with food directly.
3. High efficiency, join 1.5~2% antistatic masterbatch into BOPP film core layer. In 3-5 days, the resistivity of plastic film surface dropped to below 1011 ohm, CPP and IPP film can be dropped to below 109~1010ohms.
4. During the production of thinner film, in cool winter, or in low temperature environment, suggest appropriately increase the masterbatch amount.
