Product Description
SUGO’s ESD compounds is a permanent anti-static agent. Compatible with ABS, PC/ABS and PC resins. Offers conductivity, good durability and has no dependency on humidity. It can be processed by injection molding and extrusion. Offers protection against the problems caused by static electricity including destruction of electronic circuits, electric shock, appliance malfunctions and dust adhesion. Shows non-bleeding out type superior cleanness.
It is a masterbatch containing a permanent anti-static agent to eliminate static charges in crystal and impact polystyrene. It increases the haze, because of its chemical nature when used in crystal polystyrene and is therefore only suitable in opaque systems. It appears as a white pellet. It includes sheet & profile extrusion as well as blow molding extrusion processing methods.
