Static Dissipative and Conductive Compounds are specifically engineered to provide antistatic, ESD and RFI/EMI shielding

performance for critical electronic equipment applications. These compounds combine the performance of select engineering

resins with reinforcing additives, such as carbon powder, carbon fiber, nickel-coated carbon fiber and stainless steel fiber,

for low-to-high levels of conductivity depending upon application requirements.

 

Applicable scope

2. Good dispersion performance, film transparency, optical properties, mechanical strength and heat sealing performance

will not be affected,the plastic film can be in contact with food directly.

3. High efficiency, join 1.5~2% antistatic masterbatch into BOPP film core layer. In 3-5 days, the resistivity of plastic film

surface dropped to below 1011 ohm, CPP and IPP film can be dropped to below 109~1010ohms.

4. During the production of thinner film, in cool winter, or in low temperature environment, suggest appropriately increase the masterbatch amount.
