Product Description
Conductive compounds offer reliability and value for applications that require dissipation of static charges and protection from electrostatic discharge (ESD).
Grant grounding of all the vacuum cleaner parts bonded together such as accessories, flexible hose, inlet, tank, wheels, etc
Finished parts are light in weight and easy to handle. They are not subject to denting, chipping and scratching.
Conductive masterbatch is a kind of economic color masterbatch. It is made of PE, PP, PS grade I recycled material as carrier The product has uniform appearance, good dispersibility, stability and heat resistance.
- Surface Resistance:30-50Ω, it can be adjusted from 10E3-10E9 ohm/sq according to customer's requirement.
- Conductive PS masterbatch is suitable for injection grade and/or extrusion grade, with excellent electrical conductive rate and flexibility.
- Application field: Sheet, or where freedom from electrostatic hazard is an important consideration.
